Roccatederighi is a lovely hamlet
built upon a rock in the Maremma
countryside, south-west of Tuscany.
Situated on the top of a hill overlooking
an open plane, it preserves its
charming medieval character.
Shops, restaurants and a local
market are some of the services
available and nearby the beautiful
medieval villages Tatti, Sassofortino
and Montemassi.
This charming stone house is built
on a rock buttress, part of which
becomes a natural panoramic terrace
overlooking the plane. It is situated
in the centre of the village. The
streets of the centre are so narrow
that you cannot reach the house
by car (there is a car park at about
100 m from the house).
Completely restored retaining its
original features, the house consists
of two apartments, each equipped
with satellite TV and self-contained
central heating.

Apt A: (2 people) - On three
floors. On the ground floor a spacious
kitchen with fireplace, furnished
with oven, fridge and cooker. From
the kitchen, going up a few steps
there is one double bedroom and
going down a few steps from the
kitchen there is a bathroom with
bathtub. An extra bed for one child
can be added in the bedroom.
Apt B: (4 people) - On
three floors. On the ground floor
there is a spacious well equipped
kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer,
cooker. A staircase leads up to
the living room with fireplace,
two twin bedrooms and a bathroom
with shower. The living room is
also directly accessed from the
ground floor from a outdoor flight
of stairs. On the top floor, there
is another spacious living room
with a double sofa bed.
